Return Policy

Order Cancellation:

We accept cancellations for orders placed before or after shipment. If your order has been cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been manufactured, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable):

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging and condition. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return.

Do not return items to the manufacturer.

Customers only need to pay for return shipping (including return shipping costs); there are no handling fees for returns.

Refunds (if applicable):

We will notify you by email after receiving and inspecting your return. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If the refund is approved, we will process it, and the refund may take 7 to 10 business days to be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method.

Refund Delays or Omissions (if any):

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; the refund may take some time to be credited to your account. After that, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some processing time to arrive.
